Kem Latihan Pusat (Part 1)


So my 3rd's blog gonna be my experience during training camp for SUKMA 2020 which is held at ALAM itself. First of all this training camp is actually conducted during last couple days of Chinese New Year holiday and because of that we need to sacrifice couple of days from our holiday in order to fulfill the enthusiasm of our coach. Sounds quite poor isn't it but we actually actually enjoy the camp despite all the struggles we faced to improve ourself in sports we are participating which is dragon boat and canoe polo.
So on the first day, our morning start with having a briefing of the activities that we gonna do during the camp or should we say tentative. After that we start with singing national anthem, Negaraku and close it with a short prayer. Then we do some stretching to make sure our body's ready for the activity we gonna do and to avoid muscle injuries.

 Our activity start with 2.4km running. The time for each of us are recorded by our coach to submit it to the MSN for our fitness record.

         After finishing the run we took a couple of minutes to rest and then we head to the boat house to proceed with our next activity which is learning the techniques to paddle dragon boat.

                   

Our coach teach us one by one person to make sure everyone us paddle by using the best technique as he know. In the context of best technique means minimize the time to recover and optimize the strength to be use.

                   

We keep paddling to get used to the technique that is taught by our coach and to get the same rhythm with our teammates.

                    

So that's all from the first day of the training camp.
