Being CHEF during CORONA season




It's me BERCHMANS being a chef at home without any care about the dangerous CORONA VIRUS infection around the world !!!! The only thing I care about the most is a delicious meal. So what's the big deal of cooking it for my family members???? I had cooked chicken in different ways. The last time I cook lemonade chicken with sweet bean sauce on 8 June 2019 as the picture below shows. It was my own recipe.
RECIPE TIME :
1) Add ginger, garlic, onion, lemongrass, lemon leaf, lemon juice, lemon skin, cumin, turmeric powder, chicken powder, salt, black pepper and chili in the blender and blend it till a perfect consistency. 
2) Add some black pepper sauce in the blender and blend again.
3)Pour the blended sauce in a bowl and mix it with some butter. 
4) Apply the mixture on, in, and under the skin of chicken so that the chicken can absorb the mixture and it will be moist and crispy.
5) Make a bed with the ingredient s above without blending it plus add some potatoes, cloves, and cinnamon for the chicken to lay on it. 
6)Finally, wrap the chicken with some aluminum foil. 
7) Locate the chicken in the oven 250-degree celsius for 1 hour. 
8)After the chicken is cooked, season it with, salt, spices, and cheese.
9) It is ready to serve.

The main problem I faced was uncooked chicken because there was a problem in the setting of an oven. Then, my mom checked and reset it back. Finally, the chicken was cooked perfectly. It took 15 minutes for us to finish the chicken. It was full-flavored, well seasoned, and mouth-watering.
